Lost my mailadress and my password

December last year my mailadress got banned my computer broke down and i lost my password and everything.. tryed multible times to contact support, no answer, i kinda want to come back but not start all over again.. how do we solve my problem? I need my password

What do you mean, no answer? Did you wait the given 24-48h that is the normal response time?

Every time you message in the ticket again, without waiting, it will reset your waiting timer.

Maybe thats why but still noone is helping me with my problem thats why i gave up.. i want to come back 😭

Yes no one helps because you keep putting yourself back on the waiting list. Have patience. You could try to dm Sparkle in discord with your ticket number as well if you waited the 24-48h and they still didnt respond.

Player is referring to some other ticket system. We don't have any tickets on the delay and adding info to your ticket is not moving you to the end of the list. Our ticket system checks and adds you to the queue the time of the first reply.

Also, unfortunately, if you lost your email and don't remember password to your account, then there will be no way for you to restore access to the account.
We don't see players passwords. We also don't change passwords. That is something only the player can do.

okay I misunderstood what I have read in the past about responding to your own ticket before getting a reply, unless it got changed at some point.

Yes, it was like this at the very beginning of the tickets system. Was changed many years ago.

We don't see players passwords. We also don't change passwords. That is something only the player can do.
Cant remember what support i tryed to contact.. its a while and i gave up.. maybe it said the same like you just said and thats why i gave up and just forgot have a memory of a fly lol so you cant help me.. oh no 😭 i'm still searching for the password i thought i wrote it down somewhere.. but coulsnt find it yet and it doesnt look good.. i could cry.. thanks for the reply.. maybe i just make a new account.. one thing annoying me that i cant have my original name back and guess you cant ban my old account since i cant do a request logged into that account.. oh maan ,_, even if i find my password, the account is still connected to my banned email adress .. so.. i dont know..

inactive names can be taken in the name swap serrvice, for an extra fee of 500 credits on top of the regular 500 credits a name swap costs.

I've been using my game account with a dead email fine, but you can also opt to request an email change, sadly this costs 2k credits and can take a long time before you hear if they will allow it,
