Male Bear shearing broken

for normal feed-then-shear-recover (which is how you set the males for a chance to reproduce) it works fine.

If the male bears get hungry, the process is feed-feed-shear-recover. currently, the males remain thriving instead of recovering.

Male Blizzard Cub was checked and it's working according to the game version. Worked same way in 4.7.
Possible it wasn't working correctly for you yesterday due to the temporary issues server had at that time.
