Should Neutral Guard Effectiveness Be Improved?

I don't care if guards get buffed in terms of damage or not, however it would be nice if they had a skill that applied a major received healing or healing effectiveness (% healing) debuff similar to enervate, so in the ballpark of 90%.

Having your conversion build healer pull the guard aggro and take no damage (just get cc'd) before you dive someone under guards is not something that should exist.

Another cool idea would be to give guards an ability like boastful roar that is a taunt/provoke. The guard would force the player to target itself and/or make them unable to target anything other than the guard for a duration of time.
