quest reward selection

I'm trying to select a reward after finishing my quest and can't select anything so there for i cant finish my quest. I have restarted the game and that still didn't work. If anyone has any idea of how to fix this issue that would be awesome

Can you give more details which Quest it is or provide some sort of Screenshot so the MODS can help you

All quest that have a reward that you have to chose from

Are you sure your quests are completed? You can see the list of rewards when you accept quest but can't choose the reward at that time. You can choose it only when quest is completed and you are turning it to NPC?
We had it tested in game and everything works correctly with such quests. Other players didn't report such issues as well.

So i just hoped on and found out that its a bit finicky on where you click i was clicking on the item like i normally do instead of the text part of the item
