Returning Player Gift

Okay, so I'm confused about how to get this; most probably because I know basically nothing about Discord. I'm mostly confused about the last step, honestly.

As I'm reading it:
Create Discord Account (because I don't have one).
Visit Discord Server (which I don't remember how to do).
Go to Channel: #service_request
Then input: !returning_player IGN

You can find the discord server here - you do need a phone number with your discord account to be able to write anything there.

After the bot accepted your request, the button in-game will be usable.
