Server restart at 7 am 9/8!

Server will be off for restart on 9/8 at 7 am. This is a stability and minor updates restart.
- Lapis Fae Wing glider is moved from the quest "Achieve Lv30" to the achievement that character receives for reaching level 30.
- Corrected Berserk Red Dragon Fireguard description.
- Corrected Protective Wings (mist) description.
- Fixed gathering Mineral Water bug. You will no longer be able to try extracting it if your inventory is full.
- In-game boutique updated [LINK]
