Server updates 10/1: Frozen Anguish and Burning Pledge crafts change and other updates!

List of updates:​

• The number of Bitter Teardrop and Fierce Vow's Blood required in crafts of Frozen Anguish and Burning Pledge was reduced.​
• Autumn Lore Festival Achievement "Winner Winner, Chicken Dinner" was corrected to require one of 2 quests to be completed only. Quests now count towards the achievement progress.​
• Previously changed stacking of Millet ID15648 reversed and returned back to 1k. Stacking of Millet ID3546 is increased to 10k.​
• In-game boutique updated [LINK]​
• Loyalty shop changes [LINK]​
• Merit shop changes [LINK]​
