Server updates 2/12: Ghost Wedding Festival start and other updates!

To apply them, server is going to be restarted on 2/12 at 7 am.

• Ghost Wedding Festival start [LINK]
• Dragon's Festival items are added to the Mirage Isle Festival Exchanger.
• Fixed bug that displayed incorrect lifetime of the Inquisitor's Robes (Melee/Ranged/Magic/Healing/Defense).
• Now Inquisitor's Robes (Melee/Ranged/Magic/Healing/Defense) can be used as a stat item and other image costumes can be fused on it.
• In-game boutique updated [LINK]
