Check the discord. There were multiple pings announcing a restart for hotfixes today. It's 1 hr earlier than the usual restarts because of daylight saving time.

Not sure why they stopped with in-game/website announcements but not everyone is aware of the existence of the discord. Or even have discord open at the time of the announcements.

In game announcement was given as well 10 minutes prior the restart.
And information was also posted on forums yesterday evening.
