Nope. Im in Europe, and my connection is 1Gb/s.Do you happen to live in Australia? Cause the same thing happened to me. But I just let it alone and eventually it finished downloading. It took me 5 hours though

Usually is seconds, this time took this long idk.Most people gotta wait for that part, but how long it takes depends on where you are it seems
The download server is under extensive strain with so many users all trying to download all at once after the large update.

In my launcher it is showing, check the error, then I managed to enter and it appeared that I was using an illegal program, honestly it is very difficult this problem
