Hi, i dont know what happened, i get a message "forbbiden to use illegal software" and the game disconnect me. I dont use any illegal software wtf. I only use VPN.

Open a Ticket about it, could be that some programme interacted with the same space as the archerage space

but an answere you will only get via ticket

ask Sparkle in Discord if it dosnt work in the Control Pannel

We don't restrict players to write tickets, even if their accounts are banned. Make sure you enter correct password on the website and submit a ticket. That is the only correct place to appeal ban. Not in Discord or Forums. Closed.
