Contribution to Community Center

Guys i am losing it in frustration. Currenty I have lost 30 contra because I cant contrib to the CC.
I Have two homes. I get the first quest and do it. But my second quest does not pop. Even if I enable my FAM quest, It is there, but I cant see what I need 2 contri, and I can talk to anyone please help!!!!!!!!!! This is driving me crazy

The residential quests can be the same for different regions. You can't do 2 same quests same day even if you have houses in the different regions.
