What is <IRON HAND>?
<IRON HAND> is a Nuian-based guild led by Mercury. This guild has no prior existence in ArcheAge - it is being created specifically for the NA ArcheRage server (This does not mean anyone in it is new to ArcheAge - I've been playing since closed beta and still play on the official servers).

Being based in Nuia the guild's primary attitude will naturally be pro-faction, however this does not mean that there will not be interactions with Haranyan-based guilds, pirates, or player nations.

What can I expect from <IRON HAND>?
Naturally, ArcheRage at its core is no different from ArcheAge. There is a grind for gilda, daily quests, as well the grind of refining materials and resources for production. Boss mechanics are unchanged, and overall play-styles and attitudes of the players will be the same.

<IRON HAND> will provide a laid-back environment to socialize and actively encourage members to help each other progress. That being said, there will be a low tolerance for drama. The guild will look to participate in world events such as Rifts, Halcyona, and world bosses such as the Red Dragon and Delphinad Ghost Ships. You can also expect weekly reports of guild assets and earnings from these events, as they will be used in not only aiding members but also in advancing the guild as a whole.

As with many other guilds, the ultimate goal of <IRON HAND> will be to create one of the six nations in Auroria.

What does <IRON HAND> expect from me?
First, let us start with what <IRON HAND> will not expect from you.

  • You will not be expected to be within a certain range of equipment points to join.
  • You will not be expected to pay "taxes" as a member of the guild.
  • You will not be expected to take the game seriously.
Seriously, at the end of the day the game is just that - a game. We're all in it to play and have fun, and how you do that is up to you. Even those of you that purple up for fun, you do you. Just know if there's too many complaints we may have to do something about it (after all there needs to be some sort of positive relations among players if <IRON GUARD> is to create a nation).

With that said:
  • You'll be expected to be active. Life happens and will keep you away, and that's fine. Just give someone a heads up if you can.
  • Voice chat won't be required unless doing a group activity - this means raids, dungeons, world events. If you don't want to be on mic any other time, that's cool. But using it for group activities is beneficial as it allows everyone to react faster.
  • The primary language of the guild is English. If I was bilingual or multilingual, this would be different. Sorry :c
  • Don't do anything stupid. Like threaten to cut someone's hands off or something.
If interested, you can PM me on the forums or contact me on Discord.

I'd be interested, the part that caught my interest is "Being a based in Nuia the guild's primary attitude will naturally be pro-faction, however this does not mean that there will not be interactions with Haranyan-based guilds, pirates, or player nations.".

People are to hung up on "Red is dead" and "i don't want to purple and risk a problem", if your being an idiot you get attacked red or purple. I personally have no problems working with reds if they are civil and we can benefit each other.

I'll be playing a Cleric/Templar and would love to join, I'm a big ocean person i love to fish and raise sunken ships or just roam the sea.

Aye. Even with all the boosted rates and such, there's still the issue of having to grind for gilda and transporting large volumes of packs across the sea. And for a nation to work in its fullest it needs to be inclusive of the players from both factions. That being said, actually getting it done is easier said than done.
