Okay, so i got a reply from my ticket, which consisted of "Hi. The chance for the first lunagem is high, but not 100%.".

Yes, I am very sure I had no gems prior to this. the legs in question are bind on pick up, and that is the first lunagem in which I have attempted on any piece of equipment... I tried another 2 times, in which fully succeeded, so now have 2 gems in said equipment.

From what i am told, the first lunagem in an item is 100% chance. But is this true? is there a tiny chance of it failing? I ask, as mine did. So, we were getting ready for GR. I decided to put a 770 lunagem in my serp legs (toughness), considering it can't fail right? Well, it did... So, i'm...
