bro with the jail costume without skipping trial anyone can get out of jail in less than 1m, skipping trial just let you out few seconds faster

I do agree serendipities at 3000 honor is too low but maybe consider an adjustment around 15k or 20k honor, this will help a bit low and mid level players to catch up a bit faster and shouldn't affect other progressions since swiper will brute force AH and prolly have fully rolled T3 erenor full...
