So why can't i make a morpheus's Treasure Chest?

@Sparkle I thought you mentioned I could use the coins now, and not have to wait 1 year.

I see a festival, and the exchanger, and yet no way to use the coins from the previous festival. Thoughts? Also I can't even make these things.

Wait so I have to wait 1 year? I can exchange coins for the pawesome festival in mirage, I assumed i could do the same with these. That is a pretty big bummer now that I have to sit on hundreds of coins I worked hard to get.

I can't plant the seed from the community center though it's not in the list.

Can someone explain this? Neither of these flower beds do what I expect. why is one for watering and one have seeds, and aren't the seeds wrong?
