It looks like the main concern is balance. I think if you can boost the resilience and toughness and rework there crit stat etc I would say yes. Customization and reducing one shot is key. Maybe have leather/cloth specific ones.

I was able to work around this issue. I was failing to reach this server. http://nacdn2.archerage.to/archerage_na/launcher.version I edited my hosts file and pointed to my own server with copies of the file as a workaround. This thread here kind of covers it...

I noticed this as well at heroic. I wonder if this server has any unit tests that executes 1000's of regrades just to verify its within range.
