What I did. Uninstalled Archeage official. Then went to "My Computer" - "Local Disk" and deleted "Archeage" folder with all its contents. ArcheRage then downloaded for me without any "The repair process failed" error. If you want to keep your screenshots make sure to move them before deleting...
