It's probably better kept just for Erenor for all of the reasons listed from others here. I mean people using Erenor will be kind of rare anyway if it's anywhere near as difficult to obtain and synth up as it was on live.

I've also been experiencing this issue since 3.0 as well. Sometimes it's not even just when mobs die..but random quick little stutters/freezes. VERY small freezes, but decently consistent.
