hello im having lots of pop in mobs/buildings and mobs/npcs models not loading in for the longest time just floating names. does anybody know a fix for this? current settings are borderless windowed mode and quality is low everything except draw distance which is at normal

i played live at launch but only for about a month and a half so dont know much about the game but i was wondering if its worth returning and playing here? is there alot of activity? will i get destroyed in pvp because of low gear or will i beable to catch up in gear quickly?
