My Character "Bucho" finished his levi quest yesterday. I cannot accept a new quest today because it says "Quest: Old Man's Revenge must not be in progress," however, as far as I can tell it's not active; it's not in my quest log to abandon. I'm confused, any ideas?

You can blame me for it as well. Why would I sell something cheaper than someone is willing to pay? This is the most pointless post ever... People need to stop complaining about prices rising or falling not in their favor and learn how to buy/sell like every other game/real life transaction...
