I had this issue for a time as well. I had to wipe my system to fix it. Apparently there was malware.

Seconded. Tried logging in initially - loading screen for 10 minutes. Restarted computer thinking video card issues. I could see my characters but would get disconnected when connecting. Now, I launch the client and click login to the server and get immediately disconnected.

Agreed with OP. Fishing is high risk, low reward. In fact, it's so low reward, I was hit by pirates the other day (for the third time in as many attempts). They killed me and proceeded to release 6 fish. It just wasn't worth the effort to turn them in.

It'd be great if an admin could share some ballpark numbers on active players, East vs West?

Can you share the reason for the curious? Did it have to do with that Trion DoS from a few months back ?

@Sparkle Is there any update on this? I spent about 45 minutes today fishing and brought in 6 smalls and 1 large for around 75g after removing costs for lures. I spent about 25 minutes today farming queens and brought in around 125g. Theres something seriously wrong here when you take into...
