Base damage could be buffed but perhaps for a tradeoff like increased cast time or reduced mobility during endless arrows. Doesn't have to be like this, but they can play with many variables to balance Archery properly. Nobody likes playing a class where it's only really viable in a late-game...

Patch download is unsuccessful. It will begin, and after about 1 gig is downloaded, it stops downloading. I repair, and the repair fails. Windows 7, antivirus disabled, re-downloaded many times using torrent. Other players having this issue post here if you have/haven't found a solution when...
