Can you regrade Charming Musician Costume?

Hi all,
As the title says, the costume has all the stats but when I put it on the synthesis window my Vivid sythium stones (since the costume is at "rare") are greyed out ? So is it regradable or not? If so how?

You need to image that into a upgradable costume such as a melee basic costume. You can get them with prestige or credits
 
Yeah but since this one already has stats and shows XP 0/800 (0%) isn't it upgradable?
 
@Lillliana it's not a bug, just a bad costume description. All the costumes on this server are used as a visual appearance only and can't be improved themselves.
If you'd like to improve costume and receive stats, you need to perform Fusion with Fusion Alembics.
