Can't Log In

At first, every time i tried to launch archerage I'd get a cut-scene then the game would crash, after restarting my pc and a couple more tries, I got a pop-up saying "This account violated certain regulations set forth in the Terms of Use. Game service has been suspended" and to submit a help request soooo pls help? Can't think of anything I would've done wrong in-game to cause this :/ Already tried "Repair" as well.
