Class balance

We all know that archeage has never been a balanced game especially in 2.9 *coff* darkrunners and mageball *coff* is there any kind of balance changes done by this server? I really want to play archer this time but they are pretty much useless

This is blasphemy. leave combat mechanics alone pls.. 3.0 fixes the archery issue
