Classes for 250+ ping?

Looking at Abolisher/Hexblade, Skullknight and Cleric.. Cleric since I wouldn't have to worry much about 1v1 as a healer/buffer. Idk if it's doable with a ping around 250ms though. Please help me out here xD

Try a ping booster, might help you.
Class wise a tank might be your best bet, at least that's what I've read while googling.

Do not play archer, try something with defense and a lot of cc

I play DR with like 200 ping from NZ and I am decent.
Only decent due to my on ability as opposed to ping, the only time it’s really obvious is when I’m fighting another DR/BR/Daggerspell where fast reactions are key to counter CC chains, because of the delay, I’ll usually lose those fights.

But for open world, 3v3 and 5v5 it’s usually fine. Just play what you enjoy.
Probably not archer though. Endless arrow is the most painful ability at high ping.

250+ping .... Jesus, i'd rather not play. I get annoyed with 80-100ms.

I would not Cleric, or heal, with high ping. Fervent Healing is a really good healing ability but you will have a hard time getting it off completely before it goes on CD on you. I have 80-200 ping fluctuating (really annoying) and sometimes I cant pull off a full fervent
