Hello, I'm having this issue where I went to my character screen because I wanted to make a new character only to find out that all the empty character spaces are grey and say "Failed to sync to authentication server. No character can be created. Go back to the server selection and try again." I have tried this and nothing worked. Is there any fixing this?
