I own two farms in nuia, one in solzreed, one in lilyut hills.
I'm lvl 55, and have decent gear (by decent I mean I don't instantly die)

What's some good money making methods.

Nothing secret...but if your property can support mining drills stone is hot right now. Or if your in a guild you can technically run traderuns all day until you are bored to death. Sell what's hot....chicken eggs, leather, fabric, stone, coral, etc. Labor regains so fast you can pretty do whatever you want to make some income, raise your fishing to 20k with the fishing pools and sell or use the dawnslake ess....get a clipper and go fishing somewhere close to a turn in.

Run packs is straight gold. Boring, but gold straight in the pocket (after 22 hrs)

If you have the gear, farm Auroria Queens coinpurses. Decent scratch and tons of sellable items.

Play the market. Today bait worms got bought entirely off the market. I listed some of mine up for 4x what I paid, BAM! profit.

Snipe bids and sell them for true value.
