Hello i have been playing for a month in this server with my brother from the same pc, is there any chance that i can get banned for this? i heard you have to talk with the GMs in order to dont get banned!

Depends, are you playing on the same account, or 2 different accounts?
2 accounts 2 computers 2 people is allowed
1 account 1 computer is allowed

Anything else, not so much.
You would have to go through checks with admins for it to be allowed ,and even than you could get your IP flagged.
