We don't deny that possible bans for such files as sound_option.alb and portal.alb may not be fair, but if you provide the explanation on why you needed to make this change, then we'll definitely add these files to the exceptions and unban accounts that were banned due to that files change reason.
All provided FoV mods don't touch these files, so please provide the fair reason. It will be checked.

Edit: the character name was chosen randomly from the list of player's characters for this thread. This was done not to disclose account names of the players.

modfile scriptsbin/x2ui/housing/build_window.alb I don't even know what I would do with this file and have never even gone into the scripts folder. Is it possible that these people's files somehow Got corrupted wouldn't it be better to force the person to reinstall rather than instantly permanently ban them

Me and my friends got banned with this : modfile scriptsbin/x2ui/option/sound_option.alb
How can we get rid of that. Who cares about sound files, all we want is pvp lmao :cool:
 
What the fuck is anti cheat intrusion then? I log on this morning got booted logged on again and my internet dc'ed then I came back and was banned
 
Did my internet dc cause the anti cheat to think I was doing something fishy? Cause I don't have any sort of cheats installed

Several players were unbanned and they played the game for a while got dc's and were banned again, it might had been related to that anti-cheat engine finding corrupted files as a threat and kicked players, they are prolly investigating it.

Corrupted files dont have to be tampered with they can just be an installation error, so if its that, i would reccomend you to reinstall the game in the while your ban case is being reviewed , if your internet speed allows you so.

Anti-cheat intrusion may be caused by one of the reasons:

- when Anti-Cheat system didn't receive the response from the game client;
- when the response doesn't match security sign.

In both cases, there is no any legal software that would cause such issue.

In such case player is not just disconnected by his network but indeed kicked from the game by the system with the warning.
 
So people got banned. Meaning to say you are very sure these people got banned because of hacking or doing some cheats. No warnings, banned instantly. Okay. You want us to believe your anti cheat system is reliable? it just malfunction when you first apply it to the game. And still. We can see those well known hackers flying and doing glitch in the game.
 
The only kick warning I got today was the gods have disconnected you. Like I said I logged in ran around for about 5 minutes or so then I saw the gods have disconnected you. I logged back in and at character select I saw the same message but in this case my internet had completely gone out. When I got back online I was banned

Few players ,known hackers using hacks openly are indeed still a problem, but easily corrected by manual bans.
If you spot them make a quick screenshot or recording and post on

As long as they use hacks ,others have a high chance of seeing and recording it, and away they go.

For instance losing your internet connection... How is this not a possibility? It wouldn't receive a response if you internet died? or am i mistaken?

No legal software that would cause it but how could it not just be loss of internet? Still making zero sense to me...

Losing internet connection but not receiving a kick message because you lost internet so no message was received.

Seems as if most of the people who have the "anti-cheat intrusion, warned few times" didn't see these messages due to it being a loss of internet and not just a kick from the game. This matter seems that is needs to be investigated more thorough and not jumping to accusations. You won't understand the issue until you listen and have some trust in people. Why would people spend a ton of money in the game just to get banned? Zero sense to me and feels illegitimate. The "anti-cheat intrusions" need to be investigated further with less bias.
