Level 20 reward Bug

Hi, i couldn't find anywhere else to post this, i am playing on the Haranya side with a freind we both hit level 20 at the same time, and they got a level 20 reward box, however i did not, and if everyone gets a better glider in that box, then i do not want to be stuck with the basic glider.. anyone have any idea how to log a support request, as i couldn't find a place to do that (unless i'm just being thick), or anyone have any idea what maybe went wrong or how to fix it?

This should have happened automatically. Are you sure it's not in your inventory?

As level 20 is pretty quick to get, can you try doing this on an alternate character on the same account for me, please?

Have you already hit level 20 once before?

It definitely was not in my inventory, and i went above level 20 and it still showed a red quest, however i did as you said and made a new character (which did not receive the lvl 10 box) however this one did get the level 20 one... so that's very odd.. either way this fixed my issue, thanks
