Possibly messed up?

Hey just a quick question, i didn't notice that there was a difference between any of the freighters. Am i stuck with the Farm Freighter or is there a way to either knock it down 1 level and use the cert or ... possibly just switch it? i couldn't seem to find anything online suggesting i could.

Seems like the red one goes a tiny amount faster, but the main part is the fuel last about and extra minute - minute and a half longer. Plus has a seat on the back.
