Can we get some transparent numbers about regrade rates without cash shop crystals?

Unless ArcheRage has changed their default values or something this should be what the values are as they were data mined from the game back then.

Can confirm that chart is accurate from playing on RUS servers.

Chart feels inaccurate from current regrade success. Success feels higher.

We dont see how many people are blowing up celests though, so it's hard to judge really.

That's the point.
You cannot know for sure unless you regrade a LOT.
