User Account Issue?

3 Times I have used the same email address to create an account, and yet each time when i click the confirm button I get authorsation failed or some other error.

Could an admin or someone just make an account for me, or register it so I can download the game and begin etc?

Ok I clicked the first email and it worked apparantly. Resetting password now... And I clicked the reset password and was setn to downloads page?
