Dread Steed in tomorrows box

The Dread Steed in tommorows box is only 10m/s and not 11.5 like the dread steed from the loyality shop is that a mistake? if not it makes the dread steed a pure cosmetic item and way less of a reason to buy the boxes.

Mount from the boxes and loyalty shop are 2 separate mounts.
Dread Steed has already been added to the boxes before (in May) and we are adding same exact mount again now.

Box mounts have a normalised speed of 10. Other methods retain their normal speed.
