They want to use 3.5 because it exists. This is a custom server so why not make both viable? More options is always good imo.

What about being able to sport fish anywhere instead of having to find a school of fish? Set a 22hr timer like packs to keep bots away. Set amount of fish that you can turn in for an entire day.
