This is probably a stupid question but where do I get that item you need in order to change your character's appearance? I can't find one on the market.

I've never really spent much effort as a healer in any MMO so I apologize for the lame questions here but how do you grind much of anything as a Soothsayer? I just don't see how they can put out any decent DPS.
