I'd personally much rather play the game and acquire luckies as a drop than people whaling really hard and making thousands of gold off of luckies from RNG boxes. There's other ways to put luckies in to circulation and making them more affordable for everyone than just adding them to the cash...

I think adding them as drops from serpentis and/or adding them to coinpurse drop tables was a really good idea. Putting them in the cash shop is a bad idea.

First of all you only make 15-20g per pack turning in from any location, which is not at all a problem or too much considering the time and effort to haul packs out there, and second of all why do you think that It would be removed? It wasn't removed on RU or official...

I can say for sure that Judgement has trouble maintaining over 15 concurrent players, can't speak for the other guilds. Either way, doesn't change the fact that East Haven dominates the server, their average gearscore is like 5k, and is pretty much freefarming.

Most, if not all of the english speaking guilds and players are coming to the NA version. RU version has also been up for a long time and you will be very very far behind starting now. I recommend trying out the NA server tomorrow and seeing if your ping is bearable.
