    Costume cant be listed as auction

    I got one of costumes from crates. It is bind on equip and not bound but I can not list as an auction. Is this normal? When you try to list it says you cant list an unsellable item. If its BOE it is sellable right?

    I have been leveling for a while and other when I was in Halcy I have not seen a single in any zone. It sure feels like a ghost town... maybe Im missing something?
