ive had about 7 trade packs disappear from my 8x8. taxes are paid, all in the boundaries and whatnot but i come to find none after a day of doing stuff at sea. anyone else have this issue? or is some player exploiting bugs or issues to steal my packs

Hi, I just spend 300 merits for the title, and when i equip it, the quest does not appear at the auctioneer so i can't start and complete quest, does anyone else have this problem or did I just blew my 300 merits away just for the title?
