Another unable to claim Support Pack thread.

I recently received an email about returning to ArcheRage and tried to claim the support pack. I've reviewed the following thread and believe I meet criteria.

My girlfriend was able to claim her pack via discord, but I got a "Request is not accepted!" message. We both stopped playing the same day well over a year ago. The only thing I can think of is that maybe I logged on for 5 seconds to see if I had lost everything months ago and logged straight off when I saw all of my farms, treehouses and chests had been deleted due to mail timing out.

If possible, could someone check my logs to confirm that I have not played in well over 6 months. Character name: Noto.

If you were in game any time after August, 31st till March, 1st, then you don't meet the requirements for the support pack.
I can see that you were in game in January. Due to it support pack wasn't sent to you by the system.
