Appreciation Gift and Support Package

I‘m not able to get the 2 packages. I always get an error message on the website and the bot on Discord messages me with „The name doesn‘t exist“

My ingame name is „Mellya“
Could you please send both to my mail?

Every command should only be 1 message.

There is no such commands !appeciation_pack, !Anniversary_gift or !special_pack either
