Can we get boss/event timer clarification

Just want an official post stating the spawn time/despawn duration for bosses and the start time for world events, in EST or whichever timezone. 90% of players cannot determine when events are based on in game calendar, and there are no references for this patch that are accurate for boss timers. For example, we know Kraken spawns 6:30 PM EST, and stays up 24 hours, but what about Red Dragon?

Official clarification would be appreciated.

there is an announcement for spawn, not sure about kill, and not sure about despawn. but what i want is posted times, not to have to sit online for 24 hours etching them down in my notebook as i see them happen

Is i think will have the same despawn time like Kraken, or usually 2 hours
