Every time when client updates, my in game chat window and tabs resets. Its very annoying bug, as I tend to use a lot of different tabs, setting them up after every update is annoying.

Anyone know which file in contains all the chat windows setting so I could back it up?

You can find your USER files in C:\Users\(Name of your PC)\Documents\ArcheAge and try to back them up from there?
Also, after making any changes to graphics/UI, be sure to log out right after to make sure it saves. If you make changes, then get disconnected, it will not save anything.
Edit: Just to note: This is also where your settings are stored for live servers.
