Crafting Tax certificate doesn't generate XP. It's ok. BUT, it doesn't generate proficiency. Crafting tax is construction proficiency. Or does it generate construction proficiency only after later patches?
Yeah. It's totally useless. I used to craft 1-1 pack of tax certificate when I were near the maximum labor and I can't find any labor spending option . But it's construction proficiency.
