Error when play button clicked

New player here and I haven't been able to get past the play button yet. Whenever I click it, a window pops up immediately after and the client kills itself. It says there's an error with the xldiag.dll and with the error status 0xc000012f

I used the direct download. Saw a previous thread with a similar issue and downloading the Visual Redistribution C++ x64 did not help. Could not find the x86 version from that link either, though I am not sure if this is relevant to the issues I'm facing.

Hi!

Please try to delete TMP from the folder you saved the game to and download the game again.
In another case please try to download Torrent file.
