Faction idea

would love to see an option where we could actually choose our faction and it not be bound to our characters race.....this would let players create the race they want then play on the side they wish to start on but if not possible i would like to see the level and gear score requirement removed from exiling so that those who wish to move their characters to the desired faction can without being gated by gear score and level

Your initial characters creation controls your allegiance and where you start. We are not changing this. That said you can use a race change elixer to cosmetically change your races appearance.

As to the second part. No. Gearscore and level will stay a requirement. Exiling is for nation balancing based on activity.
