Failed creating the Direct3D device.

When I press PLAY on ArcheRage launcher I get this error message. Failed creating the Direct3D device. Screenshot here https://imgur.com/kRYI5Vx .

I reinstalled all Direct X.
I updated my graphics drivers to latest version.

Any sugestions what to do?

This may be a compatibility issue.
Running the Archeage icon as administrator?

I did run it in administrator mode and it didnt work. However I fixed the issue. What I had to do is go to NVIDIA Control Panel and force game to run with integrated INTEL graphics (8-14fps) and it launched with no problem, then I just saved lowest game settings and restarted the game, after I forced game to run on NVIDIA (10-24fps) and it works fine, but anyways the verdict is that the laptop is simply underpowered for this game, but its enough to log in farm and craft taxes. You can close the thread.
