In Mirage talk to Lifeguard Captain Mitcher right down the stairs. He will give you several quests:

- Watching the Bay.
- Shark Hunt.
- Don't mess with Mirage Isle.
Complete quests and be rewarded with Mitcher's Gift Box. Open it to obtain Lifeguard Tokens. If you are lucky enough you may also receive Copper Steamfish Submarine. Quests are daily, so you can visit Mirage next day as well.
Gather Lifeguard Tokens and exchange them to the beachwear set:

- Kiwi Splash Bikini Top & Bottoms (female); Salty Floral Button-Down & Kiwi Splash Shorts (male).
- Sassy Straw Hat & Flirty Flip-Flops (female); Mystery Man Fedora & Island Time Flip-Flops (male).
- Flashy Polka Dot Bikini Top & Flashy Striped Bikini Bottoms (female); Crisp Button Short-Sleeve & Flashy Checkered Swim Shorts (male).
You can also exchange Lifeguard Tokens to various other items at the Composition Workbench in Mirage.
